The rules of webskits:
1) Bring beer.
2) When your not in front of the camera, your getting the shots.
3) When question by police - "We're film students"

It all started with Riley and Randy on a drunken summer afternoon hanging at the rez down by the river. Their pessimistic negativity and constant complaints of the lack of funny on TV brought upon waking the comedians inside. After many confusing conversations on how to get their twisted ideas out to the viewing public they came up with the solution. The Internet.

With a video camera borrowed from his Mom Riley shot their first skit, Kittensoft. That evening with an eight pack of beer they edited it in Randy's basement on his computer successfully. Kittensoft was posted on a very blank looking website called webskits. The site had four skits on it, Kittensoft and three short movies Riley had shot in school. The skit was a small hit and there was no stopping them.

J. joined the two the following weekend for the Bum Patrol, then The Enjoy Yourself Home Masturbation Kit after that. Sunday's went from the lame robotic routine, to doing something shocking satisfying and creative. They all felt the buzz of doing something out of the ordinary for the whole world to see. The Driver hit the net with much praise and Housecoat boasted the gang's artistic bravery. What better way to spend the weekend.

Over the years the core team of webskits has solidified to the four main players. The team has highjacked over 60 average people to participate in making asses of themselves for nothing in return, except to be immortalized forever on the internet. They've learnt to borrow, beg, steal and the art of guerilla style filming. Now with new camera's and new gear they are ready to take on the big guys of the comedy world. The skits have been on the air on National Lampoon in Florida, MTVu in New York, Cable TV in Denmark, CBC and Movieola out of Toronto and participated in numerous short film festivals all over the world.

Fuck bills, and credit it doesn't go with you when you die. Just having a few laughs to make a few people laugh.

Many Thanx! To all the folks that have been in on of our skit over the years. Don't worry, we'll let you know if your famous.
